Cat Haven Lounge

My fiancé and I visited Cat Haven Lounge and had a great time spending time with the cats. It’s a lovely spot but I’m leaving 2 stars because I feel there is room for improvement with the customer service and staff attentiveness. The staff we encountered seemed a bit disengaged and like they didn't really want to be there. There were children visiting, which was totally fine, but we noticed lasers being pointed a bit too close to the cats' eyes. It might be safer if adults are the ones handling the laser toys. Additionally, I noticed a bump on a tortoiseshell/calico cat’s tail and brought it up to a staff member. She was very casual and nonchalant about it, explaining that it's broken and happened when she was a kitten and didn't bother her. As a lifelong cat owner, I was just a little concerned for her well-being and hoped it could be looked at professionally. It's a nice space, but a bit more proactive care service would make it perfect.

It was a cool experience. I’m glad we did it. The cats weren’t too sociable and seemed skiddish, but to each their own. My daughter liked it even though we didn’t get much interactions.

UPDATE: I keep getting notifications of reactions to this review. Find it wild that mine is the only one the company hasn’t commented on. I guess they vouch for Nayha’s behavior… Cute cafe. Cute Cats. Would’ve given it 4 stars-only because it’s a bit pricey ($20/hr per head) but the staff made it a 2 star experience. I Was greeted by one of the four girls at the desk. She was polite but it was clear she was the worker of the four. She did everything: answered all the questions, did the whole check in, took payment and was the only girl who wore a smile. I wish I would’ve gotten her name so I could shout her out. Towards the end of our visit we made our way towards the front desk where some cats were sun lounging. Nayha was fully enthralled in telling all the coworkers her (not so kind) thoughts about a girl who obviously wasn’t present. Not only was it unprofessional: she said it at the front desk, in front of my seven year old and all of the other patrons. Nayha is not a professional. Nayha is not a girl’s girl. Nayha is not a friend. Nayha should have learned from her mother that if she has nothing nice to say, she shouldn’t say it all… especially on the clock. Nayha is the re

So many cute cats!!! I’ve always wanted to visit a place like this and happy there’s one in Katy Asiatown! I hope all the cats here find loving homes. <3 The lounge also has fun events going on every month, last time me and my friends went to cat bingo and it was very fun.

Love it !!! Cat Heaven is an absolutely wonderful cat café! The place is impeccably clean and well-organized, creating a very comfortable environment. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which adds to the relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The cats are all healthy, well-groomed, and each has its own unique personality. They are super affectionate and approachable, often coming over for a gentle petting session. Spending time here, whether working or reading, feels like a perfect escape from the stresses of daily life. I absolutely adore this place—it's a true haven for cat lovers! Returned for the 4th time and fell in love with the cat name “big boi” he’s super shy and friendly.
